This Procedure regulates the process of Reports made by anyone, submitted confidentially or anonymously, protecting the Whistleblower and the individuals involved.

Usage of the platform

In order to manage reports, the Company has set up a platform accessible at the address stellinigroupwb.netorange.it, where the whistleblower must log in to submit their report by filling out the questionnaire. The platform is installed on a server managed by an independent third party and is accessible from the section dedicated to 'Whistleblowing' on the website http://www.laegriglie.it/ of LAE S.r.l.

Methods and recipients of reports

Reports will be directed to authorized individuals acting as 'Report Managers,' who are obliged to keep the identity of the whistleblower confidential if they choose not to use the 'anonymous' option and to use the information received solely for the purpose of managing the Whistleblowing report made and the subsequent investigation as provided by the Decree."
